Magical Mini-Van Mornings With Kellogg

The amount of time I have spent in my car is CRAZY! And then I had kids and I swear it is my second home now. But the magical mini-van has made my mornings so much easier. It might also have something to do with me letting Noah stay in his pajamas until after we drop off Bryce, but you know what they say. Pick your battles!

Now that the boys can get in the car by themselves I have way less trips to make. Doors that appear to open as if by magic are the best! What’s also great is using Kellogg’s Cereal in a Cup! I have been trying to master that whole wake up an hour early and make the boys breakfast, but it’s not happening. That’s where cereal can be such a lifesaver!

IMG_1143 I tried putting the cereal in bowls or cups myself, but it was never very likely to make it to the car. Between the loads of stuff in my hands or the entire lack of agility that small children have the chipmunks and birds were getting fed some yummy Fruit Loops on a regular basis. IMG_1146 Now with Kellogg’s Cereal In A Cup we can wait until we get in the car and all buckled in before opening it! And the cup is large enough that when open the cereal doesn’t spill over the top easily. Genius!

And perfect for little hands to hold even when they are full of toys! 🙂 IMG_1148 Nothing brightens up a morning like some fun Fruit Loops! And Noah absolutely loves the Apple Jacks. We also have a pretty serious road trip coming up and there will no doubt be a multi pack of Cereal In A Cup making the mini-van even more magical!! And it’s just going to be me and the boys so it’s nice to know that I can grab a cup and just pull off the top. It doesn’t get much easier than that! Also, here’s a tip for the littlest littles out there. Instead of peeling off the entire top use something sharp, scissors, pen, or keys to poke a hole in the top and enlarge it just enough for their little hands to fit! Or even just peel it back part of the way!

IMG_1167 I plan on adding a couple of these to my mom survival kit that I keep in the back of the car. Nothing stops a toddler tantrum in it’s tracks like some colorful, yummy Corn Pops.
