Last month we were able to take the boys to see an early screening of the Paddington movie!
Seriously ya’ll it was adorable! Both boys sat through the entire movie, which is no easy feat.
The story of Paddington, a young peruvian bear with a fondness for marmelade sandwiches, is so endearing. And the addition of Hugh Bonneville made this Downton Abbey fan very happy. Paddington’s adventures in London are so much fun and had the whole family giggling.
If you aren’t familiar with the novels by Michael Bond, Paddington tells the story of a young bear who travels to London looking for a home. His comic misadventures involve the sweet Brown family and eventually a museum taxidermist, played by Nicole Kidman who could rival Cruella De’Ville herself!!
It is definitely a kids movie, which was exactly what we expected, but I found myself laughing and even holding my breath in anticipation too!!
Check out the trailer below and you should definitely take the kids and head to see Paddington this weekend. You definitely won’t regret it!
