Cloth Diapering Teaser

Just a short post tonight. I am making a probably unrealistic goal to make at least one post a day for the rest of the month. I might not accomplish it but at least I will drastically improve the number of posts I make.

I am working on a much more detailed post about my early adventures with cloth diapering. I must say that I was extremely skeptical at first, but I am quickly changing my mind. We will see though. Since I am switching back and forth between cloth diapers and disposables I haven’t had to experience a poopy diaper yet. That’s right my precious little angel has managed on multiple occasions to wait until I put a disposable on him before pooping. What an awesome this guy! He makes his mommy very proud. ๐Ÿ™‚

I am currently trying out 3 different kinds of diapers. Flip, Kushie, and Kissaluvs. Right now Flip is winning and it’s also the cheapest! Although to be fair,ย I accidentally ordered a small in the kissaluv and while I definitely like it, Noah does not. It is too tight. So I’m having trouble gageing whether or not I want to go to the trouble of ordering a medium. Hmmm, decisions, decisions, decisions.

I also made my own cotton/fleece inserts! Now that I have figured out exactly how to make them I am going to include a tutorial soon when I make my next batch. They are super easy! I’m also about to start making a new changing pad and wet bag for my new purse/diaper bag. I am going to try to do a tutorial for these as well, but we will have to see how they turn out….. ๐Ÿ™‚

For now I will leave you with the opportunity to enter a cloth diaper giveaway, offered by The Nurse Mommy,ย for a brand that I have yet to hear of. It’s called Bububibi. If I win the giveaway and get to try one out I will make sure to review it here. Consequently, if anyone else wins and they would like to guest blog a review, please send me an email!
