Graco Click Connect 40 & The #GracoSafety Event

If you follow me on Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram who have seen all the photos and posts about our new car seat. I was lucky enough to be invited to an event last week, hosted by Meaghan Cooper of JaMonkey, to learn all about Graco’s new car seat the Click Connect 40. We were even given one to tryout and keep!

Graco Home Event

The event was held at the Country Inn & Suites in Buckhead and we were fed by TGI Fridays. Yum! I brought Bryce with me in our Ergo Baby and was not surprised to find out that he was one of many babies there. 🙂

Our previous car seat was also a Graco, the SnugRide 35. This was the car seat we got when Noah was born and have been using for Bryce. I loved it with Noah and again with Bryce, so I was fairly sure that I was going to like their new one. I was NOT disappointed.

The Click Connect 40 has some really awesome features. One of my favorites is the Simply Safe Adjust Harness System. It allows you to adjust the height of the harness without need to re-thread the straps! Now that is cool.

Also, and probably most important, is that your child can use this car seat for 2 years! From 4 pounds to 40! The base also adjusts with 8 different positions to allow the seat to grow with your child. This means your brand new bundle of joy will be snuggled safely for his first ride home from the hospital, no more bobble head babies, but will also have plenty of leg room as they grow!

The Click Connect has two additional convenient features that I was very excited to experience. The button used to detach the car seat sits low in the back allowing for easy access when removing from the car and the front button for loosening the harness straps is very easy to access as well.

The Graco SnugRide® Click Connect™ 40 – the first and only newborn to two-year infant car seat that actually grows with your baby from four pounds all the way up to 40 pounds. The car seat is designed for a parent on the go. The infant car seat can be easily removed from the base and used as a carrier when the infant is small, providing portability and convenience so you can easily move your infant in and out of the car without disturbing them.

The American Academy of Pediatrics recently made the recommendation to keep all children in rear-facing car seats until the age of 2. Graco set out to make this product so parents can keep infants rear facing longer while still keeping them comfortable.

This is a sponsored post written by me on behalf of Graco. The opinions and text are all mine.

I’m working on a video to demonstrate all the awesomeness that is the Click Connect 40. My first vlog!! So stay tuned!!
