My Success Story with Jenny Craig!

These last few weeks have been great! I was so excited to get started with Jenny Craig and I was not disappointed. I left you hanging last time about how much weight I’ve lost. But to date 3 weeks after starting Jenny Craig I have lost 6 lbs!!! My clothes fit better and I FEEL so much better. I still have about 6 pounds to go before I reach my all time target weight and I know that Jenny Craig will help me get there. Jenny Craig members can expect to lose an average of 1-2 pounds per week, which is a healthy range of weight loss. 

Results not typical. Members following the Jenny Craig program, on average, lose 1-2 lbs. per week. I received promotional consideration.

My favorite part of using Jenny Craig has been that it helped me control my sugar monster that grew to an ENORMOUS size over the holidays. I still can have my evening Jenny Craig snacks of cheesecake, or lemon cake, or my ALL TIME FAVORITE the Smores Bar, but it is portion controlled and just the right amount. I love that I can lose weight and not have to give up the foods that I love.

I also can’t believe how much my stomach has shrunk over the last few weeks. Now when I do go out to eat, not only am I making healthy choices thanks to my consultant’s advice, but I am full so much faster. It is crazy how much we are over served these days. After 3 weeks of Jenny Craig I not only know the amount of food I am supposed to eat but I am too full to even keep eating.

A great tip I learned from my consultant when eating out is to ask the waiter to bring a to go box with your order. Place half of your food in the box and you won’t be tempted to keep eating! What a fantastic piece of advice! That has been one of my favorite parts of my Jenny Craig experience. I know that I have the support of my dedicated, personal consultant to cheer me on and keep me motivated and on track. She also has helped me navigate some of the more “tempting” situations. The football games were the hardest! But a little bit of portion control and opting for things that are grilled has really helped out.
